Robot vacuums · eufy

eufy X10 Pro Omni

Owners keep the X10 Pro Omni for hands-off, self-emptying cleaning on mixed floors and pet hair, and most say it's the best robot vacuum they've owned for the price.

No owner ratings here yet. What is on this page is our summary of 57 public owner accounts from forum threads and video comments, written by us. None of it was posted to Still Kicks by an owner. The number arrives when owners rate it here, and comes only from them.

the most common concern is reliability (7 of 9).

What keeps coming up

Owners across hardwood-and-carpet homes with pets call it the best value robot vacuum they've bought, citing strong obstacle avoidance around cords, cat toys, and clutter, and a hands-off cleaning schedule that's replaced manual mopping and vacuuming.

What keeps coming up against it

Reliability is the weak spot: several owners describe the unit failing outright after months of use, most often a laser sensor fault, and say Eufy support wouldn't repair or replace the unit without a receipt.

Counted from the owners who raised each subject, not from everyone. Nobody wrote this list; these are the subjects owners kept bringing up on their own.

10 more subjects came up from fewer than 4 owners each, which is not enough for a fair reading. To see how it stacks up, compare it with another machine.

Life with it

Owners run it on an automatic schedule and mostly forget about it. It handles daily hardwood and carpet cleaning well enough that some have stopped reaching for a separate mop or handheld vacuum. Obstacle avoidance keeps surprising people in a good way, steering around scattered toys and cords instead of eating them.

The adjustment is mopping: it doesn't get into corners, doesn't reliably mop a second floor even with multi-level mapping enabled, and a few owners describe its floor coverage as inconsistent enough that they check the map after each run. Pet owners with shedding cats report de-tangling the brush every couple of days despite the anti-tangle comb, which becomes a recurring maintenance task rather than a one-time annoyance.

Reliability & repairs

Day-to-day, the unit keeps working through its main jobs (scheduled cleaning, obstacle avoidance, and self-emptying at the dock) without much owner intervention beyond periodic brush de-tangling. The hair-clogging issue shows up as routine maintenance rather than a breakdown for most who mention it.

Longer term, the picture is less good: the sharpest complaints are from owners reporting the unit stopped working entirely around the one-year mark, usually a laser sensor fault, paired with support refusing repair without a kept receipt. The accounts describing hard failures are a small, repeated slice of the total and largely one story, losing the receipt and getting no help, so that is a real risk, but a narrow one.

The same owner, the same machine, asked again at each of these. It needs real owners answering a real follow-up, so it stays empty until they do. We are not drawing a line through numbers we do not have.

Counted by type. These are public discussions we read and summarised in our own words; none was submitted to Still Kicks, and none carried proof of purchase that we know of. The individual accounts are kept on file behind every claim; they are not reproduced here.

* N/A means we do not yet have enough data for a fair score. A rating appears once owners have rated this machine here. A subject is only judged once at least 4 owners have raised it; below that we show the count and not a verdict. Praised or Concerns means at least 6 in 10 of everyone who raised the subject leaned that way; anything less is shown as split, with the counts. Mixed means an owner said both good and bad things about that one subject.

Every figure here is counted from public accounts written by people who said they own the product, and summarised by Still Kicks in its own words. None of it was submitted here as a review, and nothing is a manufacturer claim, a lab test or an estimate. The accounts behind each claim are kept on file, not reproduced.

Owner ratings are the point. As they come in they become the page, and this baseline moves in behind them.
