Owners keep it for how clean their floors get and how thorough the vacuuming and mopping is, even though many have had to work around navigation quirks and slow support along the way.

No owner ratings here yet. What is on this page is our summary of 147 public owner accounts from forum threads and video comments, written by us. None of it was posted to Still Kicks by an owner. The number arrives when owners rate it here, and comes only from them.
Praised most for cleaning performance (9 of the 9 who raised it); the most common concern is docking reliability (7 of 9).
Owners consistently say the mopping and overall cleaning are excellent once the unit is set up. Several describe it as the best robot vacuum they've owned, noting it properly wets floors and picks up debris other units miss, especially along edges.
Obstacle avoidance is split roughly down the middle, and when it fails owners describe real frustration: getting stuck on barstools and dog bowls, spinning in circles and wasting time instead of navigating cleanly, especially compared to competing models.

Counted from the owners who raised each subject,
not from everyone. Nobody wrote this list; these are the subjects owners
kept bringing up on their own.
13 more subjects came up from fewer than 4 owners each, which is not enough for a fair reading. To see how it stacks up, compare it with another machine.
Life with it
Once the setup period passes, owners settle into a routine where the cleaning itself keeps delivering. Several say floors come out visibly and noticeably cleaner, and multiple owners who've cycled through other flagship robot vacuums say they'd pick this one again. Scheduled runs become background noise for a lot of people: one owner describes just ignoring occasional hiccups and letting it run daily.
What owners adjust to is the app and mapping behavior. Several describe the app as needing work but perfectly usable, and more than one mentions the robot wasting time or getting confused in certain rooms: annoying, but something people learn to route around rather than something that ruins the experience.
Reliability & repairs
The core cleaning hardware, the vacuuming and mopping mechanics, tends to keep performing for owners who stick with it, and general satisfaction stays high across many accounts. But a fair share of owners hit real mechanical issues over time: water flow to the mop pads failing, wheels jamming and causing the robot to jerk and get stuck, and docking problems recurring even after warranty repairs.
The long-term picture here is mixed rather than thin: there are enough multi-month and multi-year accounts to say plainly that some units develop water-flow or docking faults after the first year, and customer support responses to these faults are inconsistent. Several owners describe slow or unhelpful follow-up from Dreame when something breaks.

Does it still kick?
The same owner, the same machine, asked
again at each of these. It needs real owners answering a real
follow-up, so it stays empty until they do. We are not drawing a line
through numbers we do not have.
Where this came from
Counted by type. These are public discussions we read
and summarised in our own words; none was submitted to Still Kicks,
and none carried proof of purchase that we know of. The individual
accounts are kept on file behind every claim; they are not reproduced
here.
* N/A means we do not yet have enough data for a fair score. A rating appears once owners have rated this machine here. A subject is only judged once at least 4 owners have raised it; below that we show the count and not a verdict. Praised or Concerns means at least 6 in 10 of everyone who raised the subject leaned that way; anything less is shown as split, with the counts. Mixed means an owner said both good and bad things about that one subject.
Every figure here is counted from public accounts written by people who said they own the product, and summarised by Still Kicks in its own words. None of it was submitted here as a review, and nothing is a manufacturer claim, a lab test or an estimate. The accounts behind each claim are kept on file, not reproduced.
Owner ratings are the point. As they come in they become the page, and this baseline moves in behind them.
