Owners keep it for HDR gaming on a QD-OLED panel, with a 1000 nit default peak and colors that some owners prefer to tandem WOLED rivals.

What keeps coming up

Every owner who commented on HDR was positive. One says Stellar Blade looks great in HDR, and another who tested it beside a tandem WOLED monitor found QD-OLED noticeably better in HDR and color volume. This is a small group, too few for a site verdict.

What keeps coming up against it

Every owner who raised price to performance was negative, but the group is small and too few to judge. The comments we have mostly compare it with other OLED monitors (one notes the $799 US price and that it shares a panel with another model), so the exact complaint is not spelled out.

Life with it

What the comments describe is HDR. One owner plays Stellar Blade with a 1000 nit peak by default, and finds that SDR looks worse by comparison. That owner also notes the peak brightness can be changed in a game .ini file, which they call acceptable though not ideal.

One owner noticed a raised black level in Cyberpunk, and said it shows in SDR too. Nobody in the sample describes months of daily use, so what becomes routine or what people had to adjust to is mostly not covered yet.

Reliability & repairs

Nothing in the comments says what keeps working or what breaks. No owner reports a failure, a dead pixel, a warranty claim or a repair. The only display quirk mentioned is the raised black level one owner saw in Cyberpunk, which they said also appears in SDR. One owner ran into abrupt brightness changes on a different tandem WOLED monitor, which does not describe this one.

The long-term accounts are thin. The sample is small, and it is mostly owners comparing panel types, not owners reporting on how the monitor has aged. We cannot say yet how it holds up over a year or more, and this page will say more when owners report it.

What owners praise

  • hdr performance4 of 4who raised it

Nothing has a clear majority against it yet. Counted from the owners who raised each subject, not from everyone. A subject is judged once at least 4 owners raise it.

16 more subjects came up from fewer than 4 owners each, which is not enough for a fair reading. To see how it stacks up, compare it with another machine.

Own this one?

Two questions: how long you have had it, and anything you would like to say about it. Then we ask again as it ages. This helps our mission.
