The Jura E8 is a machine people hold onto for years, but the owner record on this site is still too thin to say what it does well or where it falls short.
Most of the few accounts filed under customer support describe getting a problem sorted, though the ones that clearly involve a Jura machine are fewer still. Too few owners have spoken to call this a strength.
