One owner who does long bike rides switched to it after their Samsung could not last a session.
The adjustments are smaller. One owner finds it a touch bulky for sleeping and prefers to take it off at night, which means missing sleep tracking. Some owners pair it with a cheaper screenless tracker for rough situations or for longer battery. The app is the part people have had to work around: a few find the Fitbit side frustrating to use, though one owner on the premium tier is happy with it and prefers it to the old version.

On the software side, one owner is submitting feedback about bugs in the Google Health experience, and one raises a worry about support length after seeing an older Pixel Watch reach end of life.
