Owners keep the VS4 as the grinder that made a pricier, hard-to-find alternative unnecessary: bought on sale or as part of a full setup, it has been doing the job well.
The recurring point in its favour is value. One owner chose it over a Niche after failing to find one at a reasonable price, another put the money from a returned grinder toward a VS4 plus an ES1 and a Bookoo scale and was happier for it, and a third is very happy pairing the predecessor VS3 with a Flair Classic.
No recurring complaint appeared in the accounts we have. The only theme raised was overall satisfaction, and every account under it was positive, so there is nothing traceable to report against it yet.
