The dock washes and dries the pad well enough that it looks like new after a month, and dock noise mostly does not bother people. Routine settles into emptying the dirty water tank every few days, cleaning the filter once a week, and, for some, dropping a tablet in the dirty tank to hold off smells.
The adjusting comes with navigation and obstacle handling, where accounts are divided. Some call it the most intuitive robot they have used and say it runs with almost no input; others had it miss walls, invent them, stop on rug tassels that were not there, or refuse to go near rugs at all, and one remapped four times before settling for a rough map. A few printed small spacers to lift a couch so the robot would fit under it. Carpet performance is similarly split, and corner cleaning is a consistent weak spot.
Among the accounts that have run it for a month to three months, the brush, roller mop and self-cleaning dock keep doing their job without intervention. Cleaning performance draws almost no complaints. The failures reported are specific: a robot that dropped to quiet mode only after two months, a cracked water tank lid, and mapping that never quite settled. Build quality, where raised, is raised as a problem. When something breaks the fix has been a full replacement or a return, not a part, and owners who reached support did not enjoy the process.
