Owners keep the Pixel Buds Pro 2 for a fit that stays put through long days, and most who talk about sound and noise cancellation came away happier than they expected.
Comfort and fit is the clearest praise: most owners who raised it say the buds sit securely and stay comfortable for all-day wear and phone calls. One owner disagreed and found a rival pair fit better.

Once the novelty passes, the thing owners keep coming back to is the fit. The buds stay in through a workday and long calls without needing to be reseated. Sound is a quieter pleasure: more than one owner went in expecting weak audio from the reviews and was surprised, especially after spending a few minutes in the EQ. Noise cancellation and transparency get called excellent by some.
The adjustments are about comparison rather than the buds themselves. Owners who own several pairs rotate them, and a couple found that a competitor fit their ears better, which in turn made the rival's noise cancellation feel stronger. One owner who moved on still misses the low volume EQ feature. Several bought at a Black Friday price and say the value case is much easier at a discount than at full price.
