Owners keep the Tour Pro 3 as the earbud that does nearly everything: strong, bassy sound, solid ANC and a long feature list, with call quality as the trade-off some accept.
The feature set is what owners keep coming back to: lossless audio, good ANC, low-latency PC calls through the case as a transmitter, use with analogue sources and good battery life, all in one pair. One owner said that if he could only own one set of earbuds for life, it would be these.
No theme reached a clear complaint. The nearest thing is a caveat inside the praised feature set: two owners who otherwise rate it near the top of their list say call quality (and for one, the controls) let it down, and one of them stopped using it for that reason.

The adjustment is on calls. Owners who take a lot of them say the mic side is the weak point, and one moved back to Technics and Sony because of it. Owners with high-end wired in-ear monitors also say those still beat it on pure sound; they use the JBL for convenience.
Nothing in these accounts describes a fault or a failure. The features owners lean on, ANC, lossless playback, the transmitter case and battery life, are all described as working as expected in the time people have had them. One owner arrived after having a Bose pair replaced three times and reports the JBL has been fine so far.
The honest position is that the long-term record is thin. Most of these owners are weeks in, not years, and nobody yet describes what happens to the case, battery or fit after a year of use. Treat the reliability picture as unknown rather than good until owners come back to re-rate.
