Owners keep the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro mainly for their sound, which is especially good paired with a Samsung phone, and for a fit that some find steadier than earlier Buds.
Sound quality is clear praise. Owners describe the Buds 4 Pro as sounding great, and one notes they sound particularly good on a Samsung phone.
Owners are divided on noise cancelling. Some rate it on par with AirPods Pro 2, but others found it underwhelming, said it falls short of AirPods Pro 3, or said other earbuds they own block more noise.
The Galaxy Buds4 Pro are Samsung's top wireless earbuds. They come with a charging case and block outside noise. They suit people who want small earbuds for music, calls and travel, and they work best with a Samsung Galaxy phone.

With noise cancelling on, you get about 6 hours of listening. The case recharges the earbuds for about 26 hours in total, enough for a few days of commuting. IP57 means they can handle sweat, rain and a short drop in fresh water, but don't swim with them. At 5.1 g each they are light enough to wear all day, and the best sound quality (SSC-UHQ) needs a Samsung phone. Other phones use AAC or SBC.
Pick up to three. You get a page with just those, side by side, on the subjects owners raised.
For some owners these have become an everyday pair. One person with a large collection keeps them among the few they carry daily, saying they are much more comfortable than the 3 Pro and stay in the ear better. An owner who moved to Android from AirPods Pro 2 wanted earbuds whose settings and battery level they could manage without an iPhone, and found these just as good as the AirPods.
The adjustments owners mention are about devices beyond the phone. A Pixel owner pointed out that multipoint is not available when the Buds are paired with a non-Samsung phone, and a Bose owner said Bose earbuds switch more smoothly between phone, tablet and PC. Only a few accounts raise multipoint, so it is hard to draw a firm conclusion.
None of the supplied accounts describe a fault or a failure. On battery life, most of the few owners who mention it were satisfied, and one compared it favourably to AirPods Pro 2. One owner found the battery, the microphone and the noise cancelling underwhelming and bought a different pair.
Long-term accounts are thin. Most of these comments come from the first days or weeks of ownership, and none report how the earbuds, battery or case hold up over months of use. There is not yet enough here to say how durable they are.

Nothing has a clear majority against it yet. Counted from the owners who raised each subject, not from everyone. A subject is judged once at least 4 owners raise it.
11 more subjects came up from fewer than 4 owners each, which is not enough for a fair reading. To see how it stacks up, compare it with another machine.
The same owner, asked again at each point. Fills in as owners answer.
Two questions: how long you have had it, and anything you would like to say about it. Then we ask again as it ages. This helps our mission.

Before you buy one used, ask the seller: how old it is, whether it was ever repaired and by whom, and whether any of the parts above have been replaced. Ask to see it run. A receipt tells you the warranty start date; most makers honour the term only for the first owner.
