Owners keep the S90F for its picture: HDR movies and console gaming look strong, the sound is good, and Tizen stays responsive, though one owner questions whether the upgrade justifies the price.
The picture is the thing owners come back to: HDR content, movies and gaming all look strong, and it holds up in a dark room. Several bought it in the last year and say they are happy with it so far.
The one dissenting account on picture quality is not a complaint about the image itself but about value: coming from a basic 4K 60Hz LED set, that owner found the picture only somewhat better and did not think the jump was worth the price paid.

Once the set is on the wall, what still gets noticed is HDR. Owners who game on a PS5 Pro or watch streaming films say that is where the S90F earns its place, and one who also owns a QD-OLED gaming monitor was pleased with how the TV compared. Dark-room viewing draws no complaints. Sound quality gets a mention as very good, which is not always the case with thin OLED panels.
On the positive side, the accounts we have describe sets that are working as expected: picture, sound and the operating system are all reported as functioning well. One owner switched to the S90F after their previous LG OLED developed black dots around the panel edges within 500 hours and the manufacturer resisted repairing it, so the S90F is for them a fresh start rather than a known quantity.
The long-term record is thin. Most of the owners who have written about this set bought it within the past several months, and nobody in our sample has yet reported a failure, a panel defect, or a warranty claim on the S90F itself. We cannot say how it holds up over years, only that early owners have not yet had cause to complain.
