What keeps coming up
The mopping is the thing owners point to first: floors that were a muddy mess from a home catering business came up shining, and lower water use is welcomed on older hardwood and near carpet edges.

Owners keep the C20 for the way it mops hard floors clean and tidies up after shedding dogs, and most who have had it a year or two say it has been worth it.

A smaller group hit hardware faults: a unit that started self-emptying at random in the night and ran hot, a replacement that made grinding noises, and another that lost its map, declared itself lost and then stopped responding to any button or app command.
Pick up to three. You get a page with just those, side by side, on the subjects owners raised.
Once the setup is done, what people keep noticing is the floor. A grandmother running a catering business out of her living room no longer walks it in slippers; a household with long-haired dogs that shed leaves, sticks and undercoat says it would rather have a robot that keeps up most days than chase perfection by hand. Several owners in their second year still describe it as small, unobtrusive and simply good at its job. Hair tangling is mostly a non-issue thanks to the cutter comb, though one puppy owner is eyeing the newer detangle brush.
The adjustments are minor for most: the first map is only so-so and needs a little fixing in the app, it drops off Wi-Fi now and then, and it sometimes gets lost under furniture. Owners are divided on the app itself, and on customer support: a few found eufy quick to help and replace, while others had a mixed or frustrating time getting a fault resolved.
For a good share of owners the C20 just keeps running. One is close to two years in and calls it great; another is in year two and would move it to a second floor rather than retire it. The mopping and cleaning hold up, and hair does not build up on the roller the way people feared.
But the long-term accounts are thin and split. One owner had six flawless months before the robot began acting up in the winter; another watched it jump between rooms on the map and then go completely unresponsive; a third had a unit self-empty at night and run hot, got it replaced, and then found the replacement grinding. Support replaced units when asked, which is what most owners with a fault did. New owners say they are watching for the reported early-months decline, and there are not yet enough multi-year accounts to say how common it is.
Nothing with a clear majority yet. Owners who raised these subjects were split, or too few to judge.
Nothing has a clear majority against it yet. Counted from the owners who raised each subject, not from everyone. A subject is judged once at least 4 owners raise it.
The same owner, asked again at each point. Fills in as owners answer.
