What keeps coming up
Nearly everyone who gave an overall verdict was satisfied: owners coming from older Shark and Neato robots describe being impressed with what it does day to day, and several picked it up on a sale and say they have no regrets.
Robot vacuums · Mova
Owners keep the Mova P10 for a vacuum-and-mop robot that cleans well for what it costs, and most say they would buy it again, provided they never need to call support.

Customer support is the clear complaint. Owners describe official answers that contradicted what the product actually does (whether it dispenses detergent while mopping) and escalated return calls that were promised and never came.
Pick up to three. You get a page with just those, side by side, on the subjects owners raised.
Once it is set up, what keeps owners happy is the basic cleaning. Vacuuming on hard floors gets the job done in most rooms, the app interface is easy to read, it runs quietly enough that noise rarely comes up as a complaint, and owners who paid a sale price feel they got more than they paid for. Several call it the best piece of tech they own.
Mopping is where owners divide. Some are pleased, others call it the weak spot, and a recurring discovery is that the robot does not actually mix detergent into the water, whatever the manual and app imply. Some owners now add their own floor cleaner to the tank. Carpet is also split: on rugs the side brush shuts off and there is no app setting to override it, which frustrates people with rugs sitting close to walls. Hair tangling on the main brush gets both praise and complaints, roughly evenly.
On reliability the accounts lean negative. The most common failure is not a broken part but the robot losing its way: some owners, particularly in large or unusual spaces such as an open office with polished concrete and glass walls, say it never reliably finished a job or returned to the dock, and needed the lights left on to navigate. Others found the app setup broke after heavy customising and had to clear the app cache, uninstall, and start over. Battery life gets more complaints than praise.
Long-term accounts are thin. Most owners writing here have had the robot for weeks or a few months, and a number of the strongest negative accounts come from people who returned it within a week or two. There is not yet enough from owners past the first year to say how the brush, mop system, or dock hold up over time.
Nothing with a clear majority yet. Owners who raised these subjects were split, or too few to judge.
Nothing has a clear majority against it yet. Counted from the owners who raised each subject, not from everyone. A subject is judged once at least 4 owners raise it.
The same owner, asked again at each point. Fills in as owners answer.
