What keeps coming up
Mopping is the thing owners point to most, and most of those who raise it are positive: it is set to run daily in pet households and leaves hard floors clean enough that the upright only comes out every other week.

Owners with shedding pets keep the P50 for its mopping, running it daily so slobber and hair on hard floors are handled without them, accepting shakier build quality as the trade.
Mopping is the thing owners point to most, and most of those who raise it are positive: it is set to run daily in pet households and leaves hard floors clean enough that the upright only comes out every other week.
Build quality is a clear complaint: the front wheel or nose wheel housing breaks, an internal mop tank leaked into the motor, and some owners went through more than one unit before giving up.
Pick up to three. You get a page with just those, side by side, on the subjects owners raised.
Once set up, the P50 becomes a scheduled chore machine. Owners run it overnight on the ground floor and midday upstairs, and several with dogs or cats say they stopped thinking about the floors on ordinary days, saving a proper vacuum for rugs and behind furniture once a week. One owner with arthritis relies on it because pushing an upright is not an option. Price gets mentioned as a reason they chose it over rivals, and those who raise price are mostly happy with what they paid.
The adjustments are in the app and the settings. The side brush stops on rugs by default, and owners with carpet running along a wall had to find the option that keeps it turning. Several found the app hard to use, and one lost the WiFi connection and could not get it back even after splitting the network and resetting. Obstacle avoidance divides owners: some say it handles odd furniture legs fine, others watched the non-Pro version drive straight through a pet mess. Carpet performance is similarly divided, and battery life is a concern for a few who found one charge did not cover the house.
The mopping and vacuuming routine keeps working for the owners who are happy, and some have paired the P50 with a second Mova robot for another floor. What breaks is mostly physical: the front wheel and nose wheel housing come up more than once, one unit leaked mop water from its internal tank into the motor and became very loud, and another had trouble sealing and draining. Owners have gone the warranty route with mixed results. One got a replacement that broke the same way and returned it for a refund; another sent a unit in for a wheel repair and got it back a month later unrepaired. One owner reports the company does not really supply parts for the non-Pro model.
Long-term accounts are thin. Most of what we have covers the first weeks or months, and the owners who describe failures are the ones who wrote at length. Customer support is divided, with roughly as many satisfied as not. We cannot say yet how a P50 that does not break early holds up after a year or more.
Nothing with a clear majority yet. Owners who raised these subjects were split, or too few to judge.
Nothing has a clear majority against it yet. Counted from the owners who raised each subject, not from everyone. A subject is judged once at least 4 owners raise it.
The same owner, asked again at each point. Fills in as owners answer.
