What keeps coming up
Every owner who gave an overall verdict was positive: several call it their best purchase of the year, say it outperforms the other robots they own, and that they have not had to clean their own floors in years.

Owners keep the Saros 10R for daily hands-off vacuuming and mopping of hard floors in pet households, and most say it is among the best things they bought, carpets aside.

On rugs and carpet it does a mediocre job. Owners with dogs say hair stays trapped in the pile, and one who runs it alongside an S8 says the older robot on max suction clearly beats it there on any setting.
Pick up to three. You get a page with just those, side by side, on the subjects owners raised.
What still pleases people months in is the floor itself: households with a lot of dog hair run it every day and describe the hard floors as spotless. The dock earns repeated mentions for cleaning itself well, and the extending mop, corner brush and hot mop washing are the reasons upgraders from older Roborocks chose it. Navigation gets clear praise, and several owners say it handled cords and clutter that stopped their previous robot.
The routine part is the water. On a large single-storey home the tanks get emptied and filled every day, and owners accept that as the price of daily mopping. The adjustment is patience and expectations: optical obstacle avoidance makes it noticeably slower than a lidar robot, so a room takes much longer to finish. Owners are divided on the mopping and on the obstacle avoidance, with roughly half or more happy and a solid minority underwhelmed, including one whose first run vacuumed the same few tiles over and over. It also does better maintaining a floor that has already been deep cleaned than pulling weeks of buried hair out of carpet.
Owners are evenly split on whether it holds up. On the good side, one owner with two units and a big house calls it flawless, and another has run a series of Roborocks for years with only occasional intervention. On the bad side, one owner's brush roller started clicking within ten days and they swapped brands, and another's first unit leaked water whenever the mop was in use, including while washing the mop at the dock, which turned into a drawn-out replacement. Getting help is the clearer complaint: the majority of accounts about customer support are negative.
The long-term record here is thin. Most accounts cover the first weeks or a couple of months, and only a handful of owners describe more than that. Battery life and price both lean negative but on small numbers. Treat the durability picture as early and unsettled, not as a verdict either way.
Nothing with a clear majority yet. Owners who raised these subjects were split, or too few to judge.
Nothing has a clear majority against it yet. Counted from the owners who raised each subject, not from everyone. A subject is judged once at least 4 owners raise it.
