Owners keep it for hands-off cleaning: it steers around what is left on the floor, pulls fur from multi-cat homes, and mops well enough that most say they would buy it again.
Obstacle avoidance is the clear praise. Owners say it runs without them clearing the floor first, one going about six months without it getting stuck, and another calling it the first robot that handled a cat household as a real workhorse.

Several owners leave whatever is on the floor and let the robot sort itself out, and one describes the appeal as peace of mind: knowing the visible floor and the space under furniture are handled without intervention. Homes with several cats say the early bins came out packed with fur, then tapered off as the routine settled, and that mopping left floors spotless with little grit, construction dust included.
The adjustments are small. One owner recommends learning the voice commands early. Another still runs an older Roborock for vacuuming so they can see what is in the dust, and uses this one mainly for the mop, filling it with a vinegar, water, and surfactant mix. Some bought it specifically through Costco for the return policy, and a couple traded up from earlier QX Revo models rather than switching brands.
The navigation and cleaning are what owners say keep working. The longest account here, about six months, reports no stuck runs and no complaints about performance. The one fault described is the intermittent wall-pushing behaviour that ends in an obstacle error; that owner logged their observations publicly and did not find others who had seen it, so it may be a single unit rather than a pattern.
Long-term accounts are thin. Only one owner gives a time frame, and it is half a year. Nobody here describes a part failing, a dock problem, or a repair. That is not evidence it holds up for years; it is a gap in what owners have said so far, and this page will be updated as longer accounts come in.
